Twitter is web 2.0 micro blogging service helping its users to connect in real time using simple text messages known popularly as tweets . Apart from being a simple social networking tool , Twitter can also be used as a micro feed reader . Bloggers can add blog feed in Twitter so that the readers /followers would be able to read them as tweets . If you have more number followers, this could be an alternate source of traffic .
To add blog feed in twitter , we use a web tool called twitterfeed . Twitterfeed aggregates the submitted blog feeds and post them into your Twitter time line in particular interval of time.
1. If you don’t have a twitter account , create one here
2.Go to twitterfeed.com and select login to twitterfeed using your openID ( You can use Yahoo!) .
3.After login , you will be taken to a new page where you can add your blog feed .
At this point , you will be asked to enter your Twitter user name and password.
Now add your RSS feed URL . For a Blogger blog , it will like this: www.yourblog.blogspot.com/atom.xml
Set update frequency and tweet formatting .
There is also an option to select the service which is to be used to shorten the tweet URL . Now you can click on update to complete the process of adding blog feed in Twitter ,
