Previously , I have written an article to use Yahoo smileys in Blogger posts . Now what you would do if you want to add Yahoo smileys in Comment section ??. Yes you can add Yahoo smileys in Blogger comments in Blogger comments using this simple Blogger trick .

Open your Blogger templates‘ edit HTML section and click on expand widget templates . Now press Cntrl+F and find out the following comment section in Blogger .

Now replace the entire section with this code .After this there is one more step left to get smileys in Blogger comments .Just copy this JavaScript and paste it right before </body> .

Now refresh your comment section . you would see Yahoo smiley icons as shown below .

For adding a Smiley on Blogger comment , use the corresponding code right after each smileys, when you format the text . These smileys will not appear instantly , as there is a JavaScript to be executed and that is kept at the bottom portion of your Blogger template .

WordPress blog system support smileys in blog posts. We can enter a smiley characters in post editor and it will appear as the original smiley when the post get published. The use of smiley is an instant way of expressing thoughts and sometimes even powerful than words. Unfortunately Blogger blogs doesn’t have a system to Use Yahoo smiley’s in Blogger posts. Now for using Yahoo smileys in Blogger posts, what you need to download is a Mozilla Firefox addon called Greesmonkey. This addon will allow the execution of user scripts on FF browser.

Now next step is to install the Yahoo smiles user script in Blogger. For that, click here.
A pop-up window would appear as shown below!!
Click on install and refresh the text editing area for the new Yahoo smileys widget to get displayed.You can edit the script at any time and add new smiles using the Greesmonkey addon features.
Now for adding the Yahoo smileys from the dock, click on any smiley you want and drag it to the Blogger text editing area. Note that this trick will not work for Blogger in draft.
