Microsoft has released the beta version of their upcoming security software Microsoft Security Essentials code named Morro . Microsoft Security Essentials will replace existing Microsoft antivirus software Windows Live Onecare and downgrade Windows defender . Microsoft Security Essentials can be installed in all genuine Windows machines running Windows XP ,Vista and Windows 7 .Microsoft Security Essentials is completely free and can be used as an alternate to free basic antivirus softwares like AVG ,Avira and Avast . But its not recommended for people with internet connection and those who are making transactions online . Currently released Security Essentials beta version is only available for first 75000 downloads from US and some specific countries .
