Mozilla Firefox 3 has been around for almost 10 months . Firefox 3 release date and the way they made it to the Guinness world records was the first story in this blog . Since then Firefox underwent different changes and seen new versions . In between Firefox 3 development ,they were also developing a special new version known as Firefox 3.1 . Firefox 3.1 was planned to be based on new JavaScript engine that makes the browser about 7 time faster then existing browsers . This version of browser completed three beta stages ,and later renamed to Firefox 3.5 considering the extra new features which were added to the do-list in between . The beta releases of Firefox 3.5 reached stage 4 and a release candidate , RC 1 and RC 2  were released . Developers, beta testers and normal users can now download Firefox 3.5 RC 2 . Firefox 3.5 final version will be will be available by the end of this month .

Private Browsing : Private browsing is a new feature introduced in Firefox 3.1 ,which later transfered to Firefox 3.5 .Private browsing let users to browse web pages anonymously without exposing privacy traces . This feature can be accessed from Tools menu in Firefox 3.5 .

New JavaScript engine : Google Chrome 3 and Safari 4 has a new version of JavaScript engine that makes the browsers little faster than the earlier version . Similarly, Firefox 3.5 also equipped with a new JavaScript engine named TraceMonkey that make it 2 time faster than existing Firefox 3 versions . New JavaSript engine will let users to edit images within Firefox widow without need of softwares like Photoshop and similar softwares .

Support for HTML 5 and new CSS features: Firefox support new web standards like HTML 5 and latest CSS  . New HTML tags like video and audio will let users to play web videos without the need of special plugins or players .Firefox 3.5 will be also  able to play video in open source OGG format within browser window itself .
Web designers will be pleased with abilities of Firefox  3.5 supported CSS possibilities .  Designers need not worry about font missing issues in users machine  . Here they will be able to embed the required font in style sheet and users will not get notified about font issues .  Firefox  3.5 supports many other CSS tags to enhance the visual experience of users and easy working of web designers .

Firefox 3 and Google Chrome are two of my favorite browsers . Actually I like Firefox the most , because of its full fledged set of addons . Chrome currently supports scripts and its into early stages of addon development . Now what would you do if you like Firefox’s functionalities and Chrome’s user interface . The best solution is to change the theme .

So here we have two themes . Firefox 3 theme for Google Chrome and Chrome theme for Firefox 3 .

Chrome theme for Firefox :

Converts Firefox totally into Google chrome looks . And as this Firefox theme is in beta stage , you have to login to the addon site to install this theme . But you can download this theme from alternate locations .

Firefox 3 theme for Google chrome :

Converts Google chrome partially into Firefox 3 user interface . As shown below ,there is numerous changes in Icons but the settings tab sections remains the same . Theme installation in Google chrome is pretty difficult when compared with Firefox .

After download , transfer the files to the following directories , as per the OS .
