Create mp3 ringtones online:
Visit Smartmp3splitter online MP3 cutter website, here.
Now Click on upload and select the required mp3 file.
Wait for the file to upload and to get produced over the editor.
After this select the portion to edit using start and end sliders.
You can preview the music clip using play button.
Now click on save button to download the finished mp3 ringtone to desktop.
