The default shortcut of Zenkey is alt+space . Open ZenKEY> Select option Zen key and click on configure .
Select My Programs .
Here you can create a new entry or edit existing entries to set easy shortcuts .Similarly there’s option for setting hotkeys for internet websites .

So whenever you need to access a software/web service ,make sure that ZenKey is running and select the appropriate hotkeys to fire the actions .

Unavailable websites can also be searched on other search engines like Yahoo ,MSN,etc. and the internet archive . There is Firefox addon called Resurrect which makes this task simpler .

Google Chrome browser extensions

The most requested feature is now available with Google chrome 3 ,and it supports the direct installation of Chrome browser extensions in .crx format .We have spotted few initial chrome extensions like Adsweep ,Cleeki ,Gmail notifier etc . which would worth a check . And for installation you need to download Google Chrome 3 and enable extensions from command line .

The current developer build of Google chrome 3 will not allow direct installation of extensions .But we can easily bypass this by a commandline operation .

After installation ,right click and open properties from Google chrome shortcut icon on desktop .

The target directory here should be modified by adding –enable-extensions .

So it will look like “C:Documents and SettingstechknowlLocal SettingsApplication DataGoogleChromeApplicationchrome.exe” –enable-extensions

Change techknowl with your username and apply .

Now onwards Chrome will show a warning message while clicking .crx (Chrome extension file ) files .Allow that and will get installed properly.

Google recently released the final version of Google Chrome 2.The browser is faster than some of its close competitors like Firefox and Internet explorer 8 ,but still lacks the support for addons . Though there are some user scripts for enabling extra features like ad blocking ,spell check ,page rank check etc. ,its pretty difficult to get them installed . Meanwhile , we found a developer version of Google Chrome 3 that has support for installing addons . This release has more than 16 major fixes from Chrome version 2 .Download Google Chrome 3 .

Apart from the support for addons , Google Chrome 3 also adds automatic spell checker for misspelled words . The new HTML tags like <video> introduced in HTML 5 has been included into Google chrome 3 . By using this feature, developers would be able to insert videos directly into webpages instead of calling a web players using embed tag . Firefox 3.5 ,Opera 10 alpha and safari 4.5 are the only  known browsers currently supporting video tag . So by the final release of version 3 ,Google Chrome would be a close competitor for Firefox browser .
